It has been double the celebrations for Holkham Estate after it has been named as the best large employer in the Eastern Region as well as receiving a platinum accreditation following the results of its 2023 staff survey.
Both announcements were made at the Best Employers Awards Conference held on the October 19 at Newmarket Racecourse.
Alex Triplow, head of HR at Holkham Estate, said: “The judges called Holkham ‘an innovative and people-centric organisation’. This is a team award and we’re looking forward to celebrating together.
“We want Holkham to be a great place to work, where talent is developed, teams set their own high standards and the human touch is never lost.”
