Spooky fun was the order of the day when families were invited to get dressed up for a Halloween event.
Downham Market Town Council’s community development committee organised a fun event last Friday in the Town Square.
Attractions included a fun fair ride, face painting, games and a disco.
A spokesperson said: “The Halloween Fun Day was a great success with lots of happy faces.
“It was wonderful to see the children enjoying themselves and to be able to provide free fun for the community.”
There was also a fancy dress competition with vouchers, donated by a councillor, for the best three costumes.
The first and second place winners will also be invited to help switch-on the festive lights at the town’s Christmas lights switch-on event on November 26.
