Oh no they’re not! Oh yes they are! – favourites Ian Marr and Scott Cripps will be back by popular demand at December’s King’s Lynn Corn Exchange panto.
The Tuesday Market Place venue has again teamed-up with Jordan Productions to bring Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to the stage from December 7 to 31.
Favourite dame, Ian Marr, will be playing Dame Dotty in what will be his 12th Christmas at the Corn Exchange.
He has a host of credits on stage and television including – Mr Kirkby in That Day We Sang (Victoria Wood), ITV’s Downton Abbey and BBC’s Waking the Dead.
Scott will be playing Herbie Vore the (vegetarian) Huntsman in his ninth panto with the Corn Exchange.
As well as many Lynn pantos, he has a number West End theatre credits including Billy Elliott, Sweeney Todd, Pirates of Penzance, Peter Pan and Doctor Dolittle. He has also toured with productions including Jesus Christ Superstar, High Society and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Panto open dance auditions for eight to 18 year-olds take place in September.
