FOOTBALL: Chris Hoddy proved to be a hot-shot for King’s Lynn o60s walking footballers as he netted seven times in a 13-3 win over Still On The Ball Age UK in the FDC Bowthorpe League.

Andy Osborne also rattled up a four-goal haul, with David Ward and Phil Pottle completing the scoreline.

Meanwhile, at the other end, am accomplished goalkeeping display from Mark Steele helped boost Lynn’s goal difference, taking them to third place in the table.

At the other end of the age scale, Reffley u16s have been crowned Mid Norfolk Youth League and cup double winners.

After winning all 12 of their league matches to finish 11 points clear of Dersingham Rovers, Reffley beat Heacham Minors 5-1 in the cup final.
