Reality television star Gemma Collins was a surprise guest at Wild Ken Hill in Snettisham today (Wednesday) where she spoke about her passion for wildlife and the natural world.

Gemma, one of the stars of The Only Way is Essex series, was interviewed by Hannah Stiftall and Chris Packham from BBC2 Springwatch for an Instagram Live segment where she spoke in detail about the wildlife in her garden, including rabbits and owls and revealed she has planted a large wildflower meadow at home.

Speaking about Wild Ken Hill, Gemma said: “This is a truly amazing place and I’m so jealous I can’t spend more time here. I love seeing all the wildflowers in the fields, the poppies are my favourites and they look gorgeous.

“It’s great to be here and show off places like this to my fans, and I hope they get off their bums and phones and get out into the world because it’s beautiful.”

Following the interview, Gemma spent the afternoon exploring the estate, learning about the hares, birds and wildlife.

Springwatch is being broadcast from the West Norfolk estate and can be seen Monday to Thursday.
