It was full steam ahead once again for the popular Stradsett Park Vintage Rally over the bank holiday weekend.

After an enforced break due to Covid, organisers and visitors were thrilled to be back for the first rally since 2019.

The event, which raises money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance and other local charities, featured an array of attractions and entertainment and a celebration of all things vintage.

There were hundreds of tractors and stationary engines to see, as well as classic cars, motorcycles and ex-military vehicles.

Rally organiser Gordon Carson said: “It was a really good weekend and everything went very well. We had very good gate numbers and about 1,300 exhibitors. We were really pleased.”

There were thousands of visitors with about 6,000 paying adults through the gates and many more children who attended for free.
