More than 100 homes are to be built at the Nar Ouse site in King’s Lynn.

A mix of two and three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced homes will be built by developer Lovell, in conjunction with West Norfolk Council.

The Nar Valley Park development will have 37 homes for open market sale and the remainder being affordable, shared ownership or private rented.

Hailey Marks-Burton, senior sales executive at Lovell, said: “Nar Ouse is a wonderful place to live and we predict that these properties will be snapped up fast by first time buyers and families getting their first step on the property ladder.”

Richard Blunt, borough council cabinet member for development and regeneration, said: “They’re in a good location with excellent access to everything King’s Lynn town centre has to offer.”
