King’s Lynn glazing firm West Norfolk Glass has been crowned winner of an industry award in recognition of its customer service.

The company beat four other finalists to win the Independent Network Customer Satisfaction Award, which honours companies which have achieved high volumes of sales of VEKA products and achieved high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Independent Network represents the UK’s independent installers of windows, doors and conservatories.

Geoff Parker, managing director of West Norfolk Glass, said: “We are delighted that West Norfolk Glass has won this year’s Independent Network Customer Satisfaction Award.

“The achievement reflects the efforts of our dedicated and committed team who have worked exceptionally hard, always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, particularly during the most challenging period of the past 18 months.

“West Norfolk Glass has always strived to provide a quality service for Norfolk homeowners, and as we are also a Which? Trusted Trader we are proud to be rated by both organisations for our customer service.”

The business is a second-generation family firm which has traded for 54 years. It was launched by John Parker in 1967 and today is run by his sons Geoff and Philip Parker.

The company was a founding member of the Glass and Glazing Federation in 1977 and is also a member of FENSA. Its showroom is open to the public by appointment.
