Freebridge Community Housing is set to build 375 new homes in West Norfolk over the next five years after securing £24m funding.

The homes will include properties for social/affordable rent and shared ownership.

King’s Lynn-based Freebridge aims to build hundreds of further properties over the next five years.

Paul Newbold, director of development, said:  “In developing these new homes, we will look to work with partners to make sure that we are meeting local housing demand, and helping to address homelessness.”
