ATHLETICS: Renegade Runners enjoyed some amazing results at GEAR.

Mitchell Bunn was first back for the King’s Lynn-based running group in an impressive seventh place and time of 35.28.

Cassie Moden ran a personal best time to finish as fourth female finisher in 41.19.

She was closely followed by Emma Wood, in fifth, 41.33, with Georgie Bunn eighth in 42.02 to complete a top-10 treble for the Renegades.
