Organisers of the Asda Foundation race said this week anyone still wanting to take part shouldn’t delay.

The event, which also includes the Bespak Mini GEAR 1.2-mile race, will take place on Sunday, August 22.

Finishers receive a medal and a goody bag.

GEAR 10K is organised by not-for-profit company Run For All and will start at 9am.
