A reserved matters application, giving details of layout, scale, appearance, access and public open space associated with a proposal for 240 homes at Downham Market, has been submitted to the borough council.

Persimmon Homes has outline planning permission for the development, on land north east of Bridle Lane.

An application has now been submitted to West Norfolk Council with more details including open space, walking and cycling routes and pedestrian routes. An assortment of homes from one to five bed are proposed. View the application on West Norfolk Council’s online planning portal.
