Renegade Runners Cheryl Brown and Lynne Eborall ran a virtual London Vitality 10k.

ATHLETICS: Renegade Runners Daniel Yallop and Rob Skillings took on the challenge of the Norfolk 100km Ultra on Saturday.

It was a debut at the distance for Yallop and a second go for Skillings. Both ran well together with Yallop 10th in 11 hrs 40mins and Skillings 11th, winning the M40 category in a personal best time four hours better than his previous one.

At the Suffolk Backyard Ultra, Karl Baxter covered another 50 miles as training for a 250-mile challenge he has set himself later in the year. 

A virtual London Vitality 10k was the challenge for Cheryl Brown and Lynne Eborall on Sunday.

They ran together, clocking 1hr 14 minutes and raising funds for the Guillian Barre Syndrome charity, of which Eborall’s son has recently been diagnosed with. 

Rachel Morgan ran the event solo later in the day, finishing in 1hr 29mins.
