Volunteers who make a big difference to many organisations in West Norfolk are being celebrated.

This week is national Volunteers’ Week when people who give up their time to help others are thanked for their contribution to local communities.

There are thousands of volunteers in the borough and in this week’s Your Local Paper column, MP James Wild said: “It is important to recognise the huge contribution so many people and voluntary organisations make across North West Norfolk.”

Volunteers have helped with the Covid vaccination rollout. There are steward shifts at the Corn Exchange vaccination centre in King’s Lynn.
