Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died following a crash at the King’s Lynn South Gate on Good Friday.
Emergency crews were called at around 4am after a grey Mazda MX-5 car was in collision with an archway.
The driver, a man in his 60s, died at the scene.
London road was temporarily closed in both directions between South Gate roundabout and the junction with Windsor Terrace, along with a number of side streets, while emergency services dealt with the incident.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the collision, the manner of driving of the vehicle prior to the incident, or from anyone who may have captured the incident on dash-cam.
