The NCT West Norfolk Clothes Bank has received £500 from Central England Co-op to help support parents in the area.

Nearly £15,000 has been shared between 15 charities and good causes as part of the retailer’s revamped Community Dividend Fund, aimed at providing quick funding boosts to help those impacted by the pandemic.

Grants from the fund are usually handed out four times a year to a wide range of organisations but, over the coming months, grants are being given monthly to support those suffering financial hardship due to the pandemic and groups looking to step-in to help those affected.

The King’s Lynn-based clothes bank is to use its share to buy equipment, toys and toiletries to help West Norfolk parents in need.
