A new business opens its doors at a King’s Lynn industrial estate on Monday.  

Parkers “the parts people” is opening a branch at 4 Rollesby Road at the Hardwick estate.

The branch has created a mix of 10 full and part-time jobs and is being spearheaded by manager James Miller.

Mr Miller, 32, said he was looking forward to the opening and welcoming customers.

With 16 years’ experience in the motor industry under his belt, Mr Miller said he was pleased to be back in a managerial role.

A former pupil of what was then called, Park High School at Gaywood, Mr Miller is a keen footballer and plays for Gayton.

Parkers has branches countrywide and was founded in 1924. The Lynn centre will be its 23rd branch.

It is a leading distributor of replacement parts, spares and accessories for all makes of cars and light commercials, supplying comprehensive ranges of braking, filtration, transmission, electrical, exhaust emissions, cooling and lubricants.
