Overnight closures on the A47 at King’s Lynn are set to cause  some disruption next week.

The eastbound slip road from the Saddlebow interchange, at the top of Nar Ouse Way, will be shut overnight from 8pm to 6am on Monday and Tuesday, Highways England has said.

From Tuesday to Thursday, the A47 eastbound carriageway, from the Saddlebow interchange to the Hardwick flyover, will be shut from 8pm to 6am.

“The closures are to allow Highways England to undertake drainage surveys on the stretch of road,” a Highway England spokesman said.

Diversions will be in place.
