Coastal walkers are again being reminded to check the tide times before heading out after RNLI volunteers were called out to rescue a party of four.
Wells inshore lifeboat launched on Sunday afternoon after the group, plus a dog, became stranded in the marshes at Sluice Creek in Wells harbour.
A spokesman said no one was hurt, but the group was cut-off after miscalculating the tide times.
