An inquest into the death of a woman in a house fire has been adjourned.

Rachel Wright, 49, died in a fire at her home in Rosemary Way, Downham Market, on April 8.

Senior coroner Jacqueline Lake adjourned Friday’s hearing for a date to be set so further enquiries could be held.

The inquest, held in Norwich, heard the cause of death was inhalation of fumes from the fire.

Fire crews were called to the blaze at 1.45pm after a neighbour raised the alarm.
