Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist in his 40s died following a collision with a car at Castle Acre.
He had been riding a Honda CBR-1000 motorcycle when the incident happened on the A1065 near the Newton Road junction at around 7.45pm on Saturday (August 8).
The motorcyclist, which had been travelling away from Swaffham, was involved in the collision with a silver Citroen C3 which was going in the opposite direction.
The motorcyclist was treated by paramedics and died at the scene.
The driver of the car, a woman in her 20s, was not injured.
The road was closed while emergency services attended and re-opened in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have been travelling in the area around the time of the incident and may have dash cam footage which shows the manner of driving of either vehicle.
