Hungry visitors are in for a treat at Holkham Hall where a new event is proving a foodie heaven.

Feast in the Park, held on Saturday and Sunday, saw hundreds of people of all ages enjoy socially distanced picnics in the grounds.

There was an array of food stalls selling treats including Mexican street food, fish and chips, luxury ice cream, vegan burgers, juices and coffee, plus an outdoor Adnams bar and music.

And the good news is, it’s all happening again this weekend.

The event is running every Saturday and Sunday, noon to 4pm, this month and next, and is designed to support local businesses and provide a safe and enjoyable day out.

On weekdays, drinks and ice creams are being served and much of Holkham Park has re-opened, including the walled garden, gift shop, cycle hire and the play area. The house itself remains closed.
