Three more patients who tested positive for coronavirus have died at King’s Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital at the weekend.

Chief executive Caroline Shaw said on Saturday: “We can confirm today (Saturday) that a further three patients – two women in their 70s and a man in his 60s – who had tested positive for COVID-19 have sadly died while being cared for at our hospital.

“Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones at this difficult time.”

This brings the number of patients who tested positive for COVID-19 and have died at the hospital to 15.
