Families created something special for their loved ones during a Mother’s Day craft workshop in King’s Lynn.

The Vancouver Quarter’s popular Saturday Club returned, giving youngsters the chance to make a gift for their mums or another family member.

There was also a free professional photoshoot and an afternoon tea complete with cream cakes during the drop-in workshop, held in Broad Street.

Susannah Rayner, events coordinator at the Vancouver Quarter, said the pop up photographic studio, run by Matthew Usher Photography and Paul Tibbs Photography, was an incredible success, with lots of families getting involved.

“This year we wanted to offer something different,” she added.

“By combining the traditional photoshoot with a delicious afternoon tea and craft session, we managed to celebrate Mother’s Day with style.

“We were so pleased to see so many smiling faces this weekend.”
