A trio of West Norfolk mortgage advisors have teamed-up to launch their own business.

Richard Kirchen, Andrew Connolly and Laura Shaw have set up Signpost Mortgages, based in the Russen & Turner estate agent office in King’s Lynn High Street.

Between them they boast more than 70 years of experience and specialise in mortgages for purchase, buy to let, remortgaging, first time buyer mortgages, help to buy, equity release, home insurance and life insurance.

Mr Kirchen, who has been a mortgage advisor since 1990 and prior to that worked for Prudential, said: “We are looking to expand the financial services we offer to clients and continue with a personalised service to new and existing customers.

“Our unique selling point is that we don’t charge fees for what we do.

“We get about 50 per cent of our business through referrals from existing customers which shows we do a good job.”

Signpost Mortgages offers clients both office appointments and home visits, with out of hours appointments available for both.
