Members of the West Norfolk branch of CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) have singled out three businesses as their award winners.
The King’s Arms at Shouldham has been named as the branch’s West Norfolk Pub of the Year, Live and Let Live at Windsor Road in King’s Lynn is the Cider Pub of the Year and Lynn’s Ferry Lane Social Club is West Norfolk Club of the Year.
Branch members visited short-listed venues before making their choice and a spokesman said the result was “extremely close”.
“Each venue offers a range of real ale and cider in top condition,” the spokesman added.
The winners will each receive a certificate to mark their success and will go up against winners from other areas in Norfolk in the hope of progressing to county, regional or national award level.
