Seven adult students from Kuk Sool Won Martial Arts School took the test to put themselves through their paces with a two-and-a-half-hour grading, showing all their skills.
The students from the King’s Lynn school were taken through a sequence of warm-up exercises in order to loosen up all 164 joints and stretch out the connecting muscles.
They then did breathing exercises, kicking drills and hand-striking drills before going on to empty hand forms of stances, kicks, hand strikes and blocking.
They then demonstrated their self-defence techniques, consisting of joint locking, throwing and striking techniques were all used.
Luke Godwin was awarded the 2019 adult student of the year award.
