PRO KART: Teenage racer Aaron Alexander and the team travelled to Teesside Autodrome for round seven of the Honda Extreme Junior Pro Kart Championships at the weekend.

Backed by sponsor www.118.tax, Aaron and his father Adam managed to get the kart set up perfectly for terrible weather conditions which saw heavy rain.

The young racer went out on Sunday morning and showed his true talent.

He qualified on pole and won his first two heats before the meeting was halted due to the severe weather conditions.

The team will be travelling back to Teesside for the final double-header rounds eight and nine on the weekend of October 26 and 27. Heat 3 and the final from round seven will be run on the morning of October 26.
