Families flocked when more than 200 Minis both modern and classic went on show in King’s Lynn.

The third annual Mini Meet, organised by West Norfolk Council, enjoyed some sunshine and a good turnout on Sunday.

This year’s event, held on the Tuesday Market Place, celebrated 60 years of the Mini.

Enthusiasts enjoyed browsing the variety of vehicles on show and there was also music from The Fried Pirates and The Tildens, plus a set by DJ Mark Purdy.

Trophies were presented to Roy Pack for the Judge’s Choice and Aaron Pidgeon for People’s Favourite.

The council’s programme of free events continues with Hunstanton Music Festival on The Green tomorrow (Saturday).

Heritage Open Day, including the Classic Car Show in Lynn, will take place on Sunday, September 15.
