Three dedicated members of staff at a West Norfolk legal firm are celebrating promotions.
Sapphire Aldham and Amanda Webb are newly appointed directors at Kenneth Bush Solicitors, King’s Lynn, while Elton Aliaj has been made an associate.
Mrs Aldham joined the firm in 2014 as a trainee solicitor and conducted her training contract with the company, qualifying in 2015 into the businesses property department.
She was promoted to the role of associate in 2017 and to her new role as a director at the start of this month.
“Commitment, hard work and dedication have been so important in my career progression but none of it would have been achievable without the support, training and belief of my colleagues,” she said.
Miss Webb joined Kenneth Bush in 2006. She qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and is a member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Law Panel.
She was promoted to the role of associate in 2017 and into her new role as a director on May 1.
“Although I have spent some time away from the area, I am King’s Lynn born and bred and proud to a part of this very long-established local firm which plays an important part in our community helping local people, businesses and charities,” she said.
Mr Aliaj joined Kenneth Bush as trainee solicitor in August 2014 where he developed his skills including advocacy.
In 2016, he qualified as a solicitor in the child care department.
Mr Aliaj said he had embraced the company’s ethos by having a “can do” attitude and also said his promotion would not have been possible without the support from work colleagues.
Kenneth Bush has offices in Lynn’s King Street and New Conduit Street.
