An independent financial planning and wealth management business has made it into a national publication’s Top 100 Financial Advisers list.

Ring Associates was narrowed down from thousands of other firms by the Financial Times’ FTAdviser website.

The firm has two branches – one on the town’s Tuesday Market Place and in the High Street.

Ring Associates provides advice on a wide range of financial matters which includes  investments, pensions, mortgages, life assurance, and trust planning.

The FTAdviser awards measure the country’s financial companies using criteria such as customer service, growth and qualifications.

With a team of employees ranging in age from under 30 through to 60-years-old, the business aims to focus on development and has offered a trainee advisor scheme.

Managing director Simon Ring, who founded the firm in 2002, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for our company and recognition of all of the hard work put in by our staff on behalf of our clients every day.

“A huge thank you goes out to all of our clients for their continued support.”
