Dozens of festive fundraisers braved the chilly conditions to take part in the annual Hunstanton Christmas Swim.

More than 100 brave souls took the plunge and it’s hoped around £5,000 will have been raised for local good causes.

Swimmers of all ages paraded along the prom from the Oasis centre to the seashore in a variety of costumes, with prizes on offer for the best dressed individuals and groups.

They were watched by hundreds of well-wishers who turned out to show their support.

The event, organised by Hunstanton Round Table, has been running for more than 60 years and attracts hundreds of spectators.

This year the Tablers were hoping to set a Guinness World Record for the most people swimming in fancy dress.
