RINK HOCKEY: Jack Tucker and Jamie Griffin both grabbed hat-tricks as King’s Lynn romped to a 10-0 win over Herne Bay United in the Premier Division of the England National League at Lynnsport.

It was the visitors who had the first chance when they hit the bar but after that it was one-way traffic as the reigning champions dominated.

After 14 minutes, man of the match Tucker scored the first of his goals to give Lynn the lead.

Goal from Owen Norris, Josh Taylor and Griffin opened up a 4-0 half-time lead.

Griffin added his second with a powerful drive into the top corner and Tucker added his second with a neat lift dribble.

Next on the scoresheet was Premier League debutant Ethan Shread. At just 16 years old, he was given the opportunity to open his account with a penalty and did not disappoint as he hammered home from the spot.

Tucker completed his hat-trick to make it eight and Norris added another before Griffin brought up double figures by completing his treble.
