Christmas is a magical time for youngsters who were in their element at a festive woodland trail.
Along with parents and carers, around 32 children made their way around Reffley Wood on Tuesday for the Under 5s Out and About group’s last outing of the year.
Complete with reindeer antlers, donated by McDonald’s in King’s Lynn, the youngsters followed the Dear Santa story trail and opened presents along the way.
They also wrote letters to Father Christmas, made festive cards and enjoyed eating chocolate lollipops.
Organiser Amy Ranger said: “It went really well, the children enjoyed it. At the end of the trail, the children all took a book home from the lucky dip book exchange.
“Everyone had bought a book from home wrapped up, so it was nice and a very good way of recycling.”
The next woodland trail at Reffley Wood will take place on Tuesday, February 5.
