A West Norfolk-based home care company has celebrated its 10-year milestone, alongside being given the double thumbs up by its staff and clients, according to a satisfaction survey.
Home Instead Senior West Norfolk opened in 2008 and specialises in relationship-led care for older people.
The company, which has offices in King’s Lynn, Dereham and Holt, has received the seal of approval with 100 per cent of its caregivers recommending the home care provider as a great place to work.
Equally pleasing for the local care bosses is 100 per cent of clients saying they would recommend the care company’s services.
Tom McEwan, company director, said: “We’re incredibly proud of these outstanding results and are delighted to receive such a resounding thumbs up.
“We carefully match our clients and caregivers through shared interests and our visit times are a minimum of an hour, allowing time to build meaningful relationships.”
The firm celebrated the survey results and its 10th birthday by hosting a party for around 100 caregivers and an afternoon tea for clients.
Mr McEwan added: “We already cannot wait to see where the next 10 years takes us.”
