Visitors to Old Hunstanton  had fun building sandcastles in an annual competition.

More than 100 youngsters and families took part in the beach challenge, organised by Lois Carrick, a member of Hunstanton’s RNLI Guild.

The event was held on a stretch of the beach outside the lifeboat station.

As well as having fun, the competition aimed to raise awareness of the work of the town’s RNLI crew.
