Fundraising cyclists have set off on their 400-mile journey round East Anglia.
The Adrian Flux Lap of Anglia challengers left King’s Lynn on Wednesday morning for four days of cycling around 100 miles each day before returning to the town.
The route for this sixth year will take the cyclists into Norfolk and on to Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Ipswich, Letchworth, Luton, into Fenland and back to Lynn tomorrow (Saturday) evening with night time stop-overs.
East Winch-based insurance company Adrian Flux is the main event sponsor.
Cyclists will be raising money for the life-saving work of the East Anglian Air Ambulance and the route takes in the counties covered by the charity.
Since Lap of Anglia started in 2013, it has raised £79,000 with sponsorship collected by the lappers.
