A North Wootton florist is welcoming  people to smell the flowers used in the Duchess of Sussex’s bridal bouquet.

Florists Sue Richards and Iwona Kwiatek of Flowers On The Green made a replica of Meghan’s bouquet from last Saturday’s royal wedding.

Mrs Richards explained: “What the thousands of pictures couldn’t capture was the beautiful perfume emanating from the flowers used, such as lily of the valley and sweet peas.

“We have also produced a larger arrangement using peonies and garden roses inspired by the spectacular flower display used in the church.”

Mrs Richards, who has owned the florists with business partner Miss Kwiatek for four years, said: “The bouquet tied in perfectly with her very subtle beautiful dress. The chapel must have smelled divine.”
