West Norfolk’s Chapmans and Thornalley Funeral Services is opening its doors to the public on Thursday, May 31.

The Swaffham premises of the independent business at Lynn Road will be open from 3pm to 7pm with a visit from the town’s mayor planned for 5.30pm.

The premises have undergone a major refurbishment since purchased by the Thornalley family in June 2016.

Visitors are invited to take a look around the refurbishment and also see behind the scenes. They will be able to meet the team who will be on-hand to answer questions.

Previously known as Chapmans Funeral Services, the business is managed by Derek Gaskin and Peter Dyer, along with Catherine Kennedy, who work closely with Ray and Andrew Thornalley, of Thornalley Funeral Services in King’s Lynn.
