King Street in King’s Lynn has re-opened after four days of resurfacing work.

Norfolk County Council is carrying out a number of works in the town centre throughout this month and next.

Tower Place is set to close today (Friday) and Tuesday. The road could also close on Wednesday, dependent on progress.

Meanwhile on Monday, St James Street will close for one day and could also close on Wednesday.

Work is scheduled to begin in Millfleet on Sunday when the junction with London Road will be closed for one day.

On Wednesday Stonegate Street/Millfleet eastbound, heading towards the London Road junction, is due to be closed.

On Thursday it is due to close in the opposite direction, approaching Stonegate roundabout. Next Friday Stonegate roundabout will close from 9.30am until 4pm.

Work is due to end on Tuesday, March 6.
