It was a spotacular success for pupils at a King’s Lynn primary school after raising almost £350 for Children in Need.

Plenty of spotty faces and outfits as well as fluffy ears could all be seen at Eastgate Academy for the nationwide fundraising day which took place last Friday.

School administrator Nicola Lipscombe said: “The children all really enjoyed it. The children dressing up made £197.65 and money was also made by cookies and the PE teacher Daniel Callaby  made a cake which was raffled off for £131.50.”
