Crews from Hunstanton RNLI featured in a BBC Two television documentary this week.
Saving Lives At Sea told the story of volunteer lifeboat crews and lifeguards who rescue thousands of people around the coastline.
In Tuesday night’s episode, Hunstanton crew members recounted one of their most harrowing incidents when three young sisters were almost swept away at sea.
One crew member explained how he had to swim against the tide to reach the girls.
Crew members also spoke about their rescue hovercraft, the Hunstanton Flyer.
