Two West Norfolk men completed a 24-hour snooker match this week to raise money for charity.
Adam Poole, of Heacham, and John Pesci, of Hunstanton, completed their challenge from noon Tuesday until Wednesday.
Mr Poole raised money for the stroke unit, at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn, and Mr Pesci for Cancer Research UK.
“My nan and auntie both died of a stroke. I thought it would be a good thing to do and to raise money for a charity close to my heart,” said Mr Poole.
The duo completed 84 frames of snooker in just 24 hours and hope to raise around £1,500.
