Once upon a time, children watched in amazement as a dragon took to the streets of King’s Lynn.
Cinderella, Snow White and Rapunzel also brought some magic to the town on Sunday.
The event, Fairy Tales and Legends, was a first for Lynn and it proved to be very popular with families.
The town was transformed into a wonderland with various places having entertainment for children and their families.
Baxter’s Plain became a dragon’s lair and the Corn Exchange was Sherwood Forest.
The event, which was free to attend, was organised by West Norfolk Council and the Vancouver Quarter.
Abbie Panks, Vancouver Quarter centre manager, said: “We are hoping to repeat the event next year. It was a great success and incredibly well attended, the town had a fantastic atmosphere.”
