Gordon Tidwell hit a second-hole ace at Middleton Hall.

A holiday proved the ideal warm-up for Middleton Hall’s Gordon Bidwell.

He returned from his break to hit a hole-in-one on the second hole in his first game back, acing the hardest ranked par three on the course.

Bidwell hit a four hybrid 190 yards to achieve every golfer’s dream for the third hole-in-one of his life.

The Ladies Captain and Ladies Vice Captain’s Day is one of the highlights of the year at King’s Lynn Golf Club.

More than 60 players took part in an 18-hole stableford competition in two divisions with nearest the pin on the 12 hole for division one and 16 hole for division two.
