The new-look copies at King's Lynn bus station.

King’s Lynn bus station will be home to all services again from Monday – when a smoking ban is introduced.

Southbound buses were relocated to Portland Street in March for the £1.6m project to revamp the bus station.

Work will continue to complete the scheme, but the buses move back Monday.

Newly-appointed area officer Joe Reekie will be on hand to remind passengers of the new smoking ban and to offer help and information.

Real-time information display boards, canopies, seating, CCTV and new layout have all been part of the project.

“We hope that people will soon start to reap the benefits of this project” said West Norfolk Council cabinet member Alistair Beales.
