A West Norfolk widow’s drive to raise money in memory of her late husband will continue in King’s Lynn.
Lindsey Rasberry, 47, has overseen a number of events following Alan Rasberry’s death from pancreatic cancer on June 19 last year.
More than £10,000 has already been raised for a string of charities and the fundraising push is set to continue with a dinner and dance night at the Dukes Head hotel on Saturday, June 28.
The evening, called ‘Another Night on The Raz!,’ includes a three-course dinner, auction, raffle, casino, Gold Cup horse-racing simulator, soul-singing duo and a disco.
Mr Rasberry, who lived in Lynn’s Mill Lane, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on May 13, 2013, and died weeks later at the age of 52.
He attended the first Night on the Raz which raised more than £6,000 for charity.
Tickets, at £45, are available from the Dukes Head or by calling 07894863859.
The same number can also be used to make donations of goods to be sold on the evening.
