Snettisham’s Granary is helping West Norfolk charity Mind and selling recycled furniture.

In partnership with Seetec, West Norfolk Mind has developed a project to help local unemployed people and service users by producing items for sale.

The project needs new and used untreated, unpainted wood to be recycled into new products. It is based at Bits and Pieces for Mind, Saunders Yard, Austin Street, King’s Lynn.

The charity is also holding an allotment open day on Tuesday (9) at the North Lynn project.

Members have been working hard to ensure the plot is in top condition for tours, refreshments and a quiz at the venue.

The open day is from 10am to 2pm and the allotment is off Front Way, North Lynn PE30 2LU.
