King’s Lynn was transformed into an enchanted town on Sunday for the annual Fairytales and Legends event.
Princesses and heroes filled the town and children were entertained with magic shows, dance classes, superhero training, archery and a climbing wall.
They also took part in workshops making superhero capes, enchanted mirrors, magical necklaces, dragon mouths and comic books.
The Corn Exchange was transformed into Jack’s house from Jack and the Beanstalk, complete with bouncy castle, a giant’s chair to sit in and a golden goose egg game.
Abbie Panks, Vancouver Quarter manager and event director, said: “It was fantastic to see so many children and their families dressed up and enjoying a fun packed day.
“All workshops were designed to spark the imagination and to develop children’s creativity.
“Feedback from parents has been very positive with many citing how magical it was for their children and that they are already looking forward to next year.”
